Returns

The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it's been placed.

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also remain in the original packaging.
